Casey
I picked some up at our local farm store. I wanted to try it cause I have seen what some Antler King products can do to your herd and what it can do to the bucks. I just want to use it to get those bucks out of the thickets to get their pictures with my cuddebacks! So any info would be much appreicated. Thanks for reading! Casey
Just like normal, another post I make and nobody answers my question, a bunch of views and not answers. No wonder I don't spend any more time on here.
Doc
Here in NY that stuff would be considered bait. It is illegal here to bait or feed deer. So you're not likely to get many responses from NYS and other states that have similar laws. Other than that, I'm not sure how many members here have actually had any experience with that stuff. probably not a lot (if any). While I too have experienced the frustration of posting questions that seem to be being ignored, I have come to the realization that not every subject has people within our membership that have opinions or experiences with every topic that might be brought up. Try not to get too discouraged. I still have a topic on the science of scent that I have posted on four different hunting forums over the years without a single reply. Yes it's frustrating, but just kind of the nature of hunting forums sometimes. Doc

Michiganbowhunter_SQ2
Sorry I haven't tried it either...baiting is now illegal (going on its second year)here in the lower peninsula of Michigan. Yeah, I have been there with the little to no responses as well, sometimes people just don't have an answer, especially now with it being so slow around the forums. I posted a question in the photography room last week that had a ton of views but just one response...oh well, I still did a search and found some answers and found some other sites that could help...no big deal. Maybe try posting it in the land/wildlife management room to see if more people see it there?
Casey
Don't know Casey. Guessing folks looked but had no input. Never tried it, sorry I am not more help. William and others. I've gotten to know you guys a little better than some others. I value your input on a lot of things. Thanks for responding to it. I think sometimes its just me! No body likes me lol. I am only gonna put this out to get pics, the place I am putting it at is a trail and will be over seen by a Cuddeback to see how many big bucks is on this 800 acre farm. Let us know how it works or if it works bud. I have used corn at cams on occasion, but been a while since we have done that. Never really tried anything else aside from minerals, baiting is not legal here during seasons either.
Ethan Givan
Just like normal, another post I make and nobody answers my question, a bunch of views and not answers. No wonder I don't spend any more time on here. My guess is that everyone else is like me, and they have never heard of that stuff. Kinda hard to say much about it if you have no experience with it right? Anyways if you just want something to bring in deer for the cams, then I would save my money and just use corn. Its gonna work for sure and Im sure it will cost alot less.

Ethan Givan
True Ethan, but I rather see someone post that than no post at all, right??? Maybe so. It has been really slow here for a while so that might have something to do with it. But really if you think about it....you posted very late on Thursday night. Most everyone has already got off here for the night. The next day is Friday, which is the friday before a big holiday weekend. There are cookouts and fireworks to think about. I would guess the number of people online has been really low this whole weekend. I would give bad timing and the lack of peoples knowledge of your question the credit for no responses. It has nothing to do with you.

Casey
I'd figure you would let it go since you know you don't have a fighting chance against a Hoosier!!! Remember we are on top of your state for a reason!! lol

Rhino
Never tried it & don't know anyone that has. Baiting/feeding deer laws changed down here so I imagine you can't even legally through it out on the ground in front of a trail cam without a special permit. dbHunterNY
...what Doc said. We can't use it here.
Stinger-Hunter
No I didn't eat it, it was a joke brotha. I've tried everything - they all work to a certain extent. If the deer need it, they will eat it. With all this rain, they may not congregate around a pile of bait. I would however put out a salt lick with all this water we're getting. They'll need a bit of salt.
