Casey
My dream hunt would have to be either a South Dakota spot and stalk on whitetails with a bow or a hunt in Northern Kansas on a bow hunt. I like the river bottoms that South Dakota has to offer and when I hunted there for pheasants I seen some big bucks!!!! Both states would be my dream hunt, which ones would you like to go?? clrj3514
To tell the truth it would probably be where I've hunted all my life but back on my feet & with my bow in my hand.
rhine16
Anywhere in the Midwest during the rut with a bow in my hand. Everyone from here thats been comes back and says that you won't believe the hunting there until you do it yourself.
AaronS
My number one dream hunt would be a Caribou bowhunt in Alaska. Dream whitetail hunts would be, not in any particular order: Milk River in Montana Southern Iowa Western Illinois The bow zone in Alberta Ohio (loved hunting Adams County last year)
Tominator
Dream hunt for me would be to get my buddy Tom and Shawn back together and we head back to Illinois; this time across the river to Pike county. Oh, and it would happen in the first week of November.
Hunt or be Hunted
The #1 place I want to go is Canada for whitetail hunt! I want to go there so bad! Then I would like to go to Montana For a whitetail hunt. Then NM for a muley hunt!
ChrisSeb53
my dad hunted south dakota last year with C & D outfitters... he said it was one of the coolest hunts he has ever been on... he and his guide crawled for 200 yards on their bellies to come within 50 yards of a 130" 280 lb whitetail buck... the kimber model 8400 classic select in .270 shot mag did the rest... he is going back this fall... hope this helped! jaret
I dunno. There are a few I'd like to do. Milk River is up there. Definitely would love to hunt in Saskechawan (sp?) during the rut. But one of my dream hunts will probably happen next year going Elk hunting in Colorado with my father.
Ethan Givan
My dream hunt would be bow hunting Pike county, Illinois during the rut, or somewhere in Iowa.

Tecumseh
I'd have to say a bowhunt for Alaskan Moose or Brown Bear or Montana for a Bighorn Sheep.
hunterbobb
My dream hunt would be a Horseback hunt back into the wilderness of either Wyoming or Montana. Can't decide between elk or mule deer though.
dbHunterNY
Hunting any kind of trophy with my dad. Maybe elk, because we don't get them around here and hunting them in the rut is awesome I've heard. We don't hunt together much any more. Orion_70
My dream hunt is a Moose and Caribou hunt in Alaska... I'm starting to save for it now and hope to go in the next few years.
Rhino
I'm fortunate having been able to go on midwestern whitetail dream hunts every year for the past dozen or so years. Haven't really been on one that was bad but some were certainly better than others. My personal preference for a dream hunt is a "do it yourself" bowhunt on prime private land in one of the midwestern states as opposed to going with an outfitter. I get more personal satisfaction out of my bowhunts that way. This year, back to Kansas and hopefully southern Iowa for 2 more dream bowhunts (both do it yourself). Won't know the draw results for Iowa until 7/24. Got my Kansas tag already.

FSU_Seminole
I'm actually going on my dream hunt this year!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lord knows I'm counting the days down. I'm going to Saskatchewan the first week of November to hunt whitetails. 1. Whitetails in Saskatchewan from a stand 2. Whitetails in Kansas from a stand 3. Whitetails in Montana along the Milk River from a stand or spot & stalk 4. Mule deer in Colorado 5. Mule deer in western Nebraska spot and stalk. 6. Elk in Colorado 7. Elk in New Mexico 8. Desert Sheep in Nevada 9. Bighorn sheep in Montana 10. Deer species plains game in Africa 11. Lion/Leopard in Africa.................highly unlikely, not going to mortgage my house to pay for this hunt. I know their are some other states with monster whitetails but I only hunt with a rifle. LOL!!!! Man have you seen Stan Potts' new show Dominant Bucks? OMG!!!! They had a guy on there this week from Ohio. He's killed 3 bucks OVER 200 inches. He hunts right there in Ohio farm land. Creek bottoms, corn and soybean fields. He's shot 3 over 200 inches and just too many to count over the 150 inch mark. He's not a rich guy either, he just hunts the farms right there in Ohio. NEBRbruiser
Anywhere in the Midwest during rut is about as prime as it gets. Would love to make out to Ohio or Illinois someday for a whitetail hunt. We have some pretty nice bruisers here in Nebraska running around too. Actually kind of nice, we don't get near the pressure from TV shows etc so many people don't know just how good it is here. Fine with me
