col3
I got a new string put on my bow around the middle of may, and ive been shooting lots since then , everyday, and i noticed the other day right where the string touches the cam , the little black threads that are wrapped around the string, seem to be loose and coming undone a bit, and then farther onto the cam there is an even longer section of the same thing, id post a picture but seeing it in the picture is very hard, and i waxed the **** outta my string to maybe try and help it, but my question is, has this happened to anyone else, and is it going to be ok? il be going to the archery shop soon, but thought id ask here first. Prairiepredator
It sounds like the new string wasn't served very well. I would go to the archery shop and they should be able to re-serve it for you.
ksbuckchaser
Strings Warranty? Did this strings that you bought come with a warranty? I buy mine from Korbin's strings and he warranties them. Call the maker of the string. One way to check and see if your strings will be ok: Up the string grab the serving tight, try to push it up. iF it is lose you need to look for a different string. I bet your strings have a warranty.
