dbHunterNY Posted July 21, 2010 Report Share Posted July 21, 2010 Upon the request of Joe and Corey here it is; a recipe for a berry cream pie. I've only tried it with blueberries, however I'm sure it'll work with rasberries and blackberries that you're now picking at your hunting locations, while out scouting. Lactose intolerant, berry haters, and weight watchers beware. Mix together very well: 1/2 cup - Heavy Cream 1/2 cup - Lemon Juice 1 can - Condensed Milk (NOT Evaporated) Fold in with that mixture: Approx. 1 2/3 cups - Berries (Your Preference) 1 Reg Sized Tub - Coolwhip whipped cream (I think 8 oz.) Add this to a gram cracker or other pie crust. Add the remainder 1/3 cup of berries on top, for topping. Chill in the fridge, to let set for a couple hours or more. I hope ya like it.
