Slash
Some severe weather going through Northern WI headed our way. Apparently a tornado touched down in Mason, where Martin and Kim live, no damage to their property so far, power's out though. http://www.weather.com/outlook/map/interactive/49855?zoom=7&interactiveMapLayer=radar&animation=true Edited July 28, 2010 by Slash
Shaun_300
Yikes, that's not good Andy, stay safe! That same system hit eastern Manitoba and northwestern Ontario last night bringing some twisters, storms and hail. Hope it misses you guys. Slash
Thanks Shaun, it looks like it will stay south of us for the time being.
Slash
Some wicked lightning now, with not so wicked thunder for some reason. Heavier rain coming down now too, I don't think it will get too bad this time. Love the lightning though. Goinghuntin
Must have been the same front that came through here half an hour ago. No rain, but some of the darkest and fastest moving clouds I've seen in a long time. Whole front moved through in 5 minutes, and then sun again. gzilla45
I think you guys got it worse up in the northern part of the state but man did it ever rain here last night. There was about a 10 minute period where it rained harder than I've ever seen it. With all the rain we've gotten this month, it is going to be September before my yard finally dries out. c_lou
Got some wind and rain last night. Nothing like Friday night though. Neighbors are still cleaning up after that storm. All this rain is just crazy. It's hard to get the lawn mowed. I might have to borrow Jeramie's new tractor to get through my yard.

Texan_Til_I_Die
Yep, tornadoes are a popular accessory around here from March thru June. Usually don't see them in the middle of summer. Good luck and keep your head down.
