Dawg Posted July 28, 2010 Report Share Posted July 28, 2010 We decided to get another dog recently. It's been about a year since our last one died. Her name is Abbie, she is just under a year old. So far she has only chewed up one rug, about 2 feet of the trimming around the door and shredded a good bit of TP all over the house. Other than that, she is a good dog. Dawg Posted July 31, 2010 Author Report Share Posted July 31, 2010 Thanks for all of the comments but we no longer have Abbie who actually turned out to be Izzy. See, she wandered up to my cousins house a couple of weeks ago. They put ads out saying they found her and so forth. Well Thursday the owner finally saw the ads and called my cousin who in turn called me. We returned Izzy to her owner. I believe it was the best for the dog. She whined an awful lot, even outside she would look around and whine. We figured she was trying to find her owner. Come to find out she had never been alone, she was either with people or other dogs. The few days we had her she was home by herself from 8am to 6pm. So knowing that, we knew it would be best to return her to the lifestyle she is use to. Bon voyage Izzy!! Now I gotta find my son another dog.
