bigfoot22
I found a good deal on some Easton C2 400 carbons with Realtree camo for 40.00/12.Anyone had any problems with the Eastons?
Chrud
Re: Easton Carbons They shoot ok. Those are the ones I had last year. DON'T use Easton Diamond vanes on them though. They aren't bad arrows, but not the best I've shot. A little more difficult to tune with broadheads than I had hoped.
hoyt19
Re: Easton Carbons I shot those arrows this last hunting season and shot them a lot in the yard. Worked well for me and didnt have any problems tuning them at all

Chrud
Re: Easton Carbons I shouldn't say don't use the vanes. The vanes aren't bad, but the adhesive is no good. If I'm not mistaken, I think it is just superglue. The adhesive would chip, crack and the vanes would come a little loose fairly easily. RJJ
Re: Easton Carbons if you are going to use those vanes you need to buy the fletch tite. you could build a house with that stuff.
hoyt19
Re: Easton Carbons If you are talking about the facotry vanes Chrud, maybe you have a bad batch, I still have the factory vanes on a dozen of my C2's and I shoot them through with whisker biscut, which is suppost to be tough on vanes. And the gule seems to work just fine
Chrud
Re: Easton Carbons No, bare shafts and Easton Diamond vanes by choice. Choose no next time.
