My dad signed me up for goose tags and got me a new 20 gauge. He is going to get me a 7mm-08 for deer hunting. Dad says that I can't shoot the little bucks but will let me shoot the first big one I see! I can't believe you are old enough to hunt this year. Where did the years go? I'm truly excited to be able to teach you and guide you to a great hunting career and with a little luck, maybe even a deer or two... It's not about me anymore, it's all about you and teaching you the "what's right and what's wrong" and the true meaning of what hunting is all about. I know that one day you will be a pretty good hunter and hopefully one day pass it on to the next generation. Ask as many questions as you want here.
