Ethan Givan
I started a thread in this room several days ago about a new place Im deer hunting this year, and we have had a camera out near the only stand we have hung for about 3 weeks. The first week we had nothing but does and little bucks. Then went back and checked it tonight and things are looking up. BTW everything on the bottom corner of the pics is completely wrong. Only thing right is month and year. This guy showed up twice, once in the daylight and again at night. :void(0)'> :void(0)'> :void(0)'> Only got one pic of this guy. Hard to tell much about his rack. :void(0)'> And this buck is just screwed up, but kinda cool looking. :void(0)'> :void(0)'> Any guesses on age for these deer? BamaTrae
Good Stuff. They look old enough to ride in the back of my truck.
Rhino
Nice 5x5. That screwed up rack buck is odd to say the least. Since these are KY bucks (bigger bodied than our MS bucks), the 3rd pic of the 5x5 makes me think he's 3.5 but he could be 4.5. Can't say on the other one. Bad angle to see his body. hoosierhunter
Here's what I think 1st buck-I think he's 5.5-swayed back 2nd buck-I think he's 4.5-big chest-not tappered in back end 3rd buck- I think he's very old probably 7.5. His chest is by far the deepest and he has a great deal of skin hanging. If it's me I'm very confident all these deer are 4.5 and older and I'd kill any of them. Good Luck with them
Ethan Givan
Interesting. I was thinking 4.5 for the first, 3.5 for the second, and I couldnt make up my mind on the crazy racked deer but I thought he was a mature deer. Maybe next week I will have some better pics of these deer and especially of that 2nd buck and maybe tell a little more about them. Im not too worried about their age. I feel like the first two bucks are excellent deer for the area and that they are shooters so age is no real issue, just for fun.
