parker like mathews hoyt pse and many others are good bows developed by good people and the parkers are a good bow. well built and made for todays hunters. if you like the bow and how it shoots and it feels like the extention to your bow arm in feel and comfprt then by all means man buy it that is the bow that you need to shoot. i am sure you did some comparing and it sounds like y ou liked it. sounds like you foound yourself a good bow to shoot

Re: Parker bows

Broken Arrow, why do you call Parker Junk? They are every bit as good as ANY Martin bow, and PSE....ever heard of Pull Shoot Explode? I have a PSE, it's decent, but not no Parker. Aren't you the guy who calls Hoyt liars over the Cam and a Half? I think you need to research your bows before you go blasting them.

Re: Parker bows

PSE's are garbage. Never shot a Martin but they look kinda cheap too.

I don't believe the new Hoyt's are really two cams, but if they are then so what, they shoot more smooth than any solo cam bow on the market.

Re: Parker bows

I am not saying PSE is junk first off. They are decent bows, but in my opinion aren't up there with the top bows like Mathews, Hoyt, Martin, and Parker. Broken Arrow, once again I ask you to do more research on your bows. Parker has one of the best customer services out of all bow companies. And I am sure Hoyt would call their bows a 2 cam bow if it were two cams....not 1 1/2. I'd shoot a Parker against any bow any day. I'd shoot a stick and twine against another bow....doesn't mean it's any better or worse. As far as parts on the Parkers....you should really do research again. Parker has one of the highest ratings for dependability, and IF something does happen to your Parker bow that isn't human caused, then you have a full warranty on them. I am not saying that PSE, or Martin are junk. Martin in my opinion builds a quality bow also. I am just saying why slam a bow or even bows ( Parker & Hoyt ) you know NOTHING about.

Re: Parker bows

in my mind for someone to say pse isn't up there with mathews hoyt bowtech or parker or any of the other lines of bows i shiding their head in the sand. i have shot many bows and i have owned my share of pse bows as well including the ar line and they are in my opinion better than the mathews i shot and also for the hoyts also. now saying that that is myopinion and they will shoot with anyone out there. it seems like the ibo champion was also shooting an inferior bow then and he also won several other championships as well as making a lot of top 5's with a pse bow. don't underesteimate any bow line or you will lose in the long run. i have shot many and owned more than my share but have found pse more to my liking over the other brands out there but if soemone handed me a new edge from mcpherson or a tundra from darton or a parker pheniox 34 let me say this i would shoot it no problem as for mathews i am not up to the hype and have shot many of hte line and if they ever figure out how to mbuild a grip area and put a good grip on their bows i might shoot one. also i don't like cry babies which they are when it comes to their mathews line of bows. take any pro and drop a top of line bow form any company on them and they can win and that includes the pse line of bows as well. now one bow i really won't buy because of the riser is the hoyt bows. i have owned one and that was all she wrote i am not comfortable with the riser design and i know it;s mind over matter but i can't get used to feeling my hand could hit the rear of the riser at he grip and change my shot. if you feel it won't work for you then don't force yourself to shoot it

good luck all and i wish you great success this hunting season

Re: Parker bows

It doesnt matter what anybody thinks! If the bow feels good for you then buy it! I shot every bow except Matthews, Hoyt, and a few others. But I will say this, the one day I shot seven different bows. The Parker was by far the best! Very smooth, fast, and quiet!

BTW, I will be picking up my Pheonix 34 Outfitter this Friday! smile.gifcool.gifsmile.gif

Re: Parker bows

Broken Arrow, why all the negativity? I shoot Hoyt, but Parker make's a fine bow, most of the companys make a fine product. Life is to short to always be that negative. Like my mother use to say, "If you don't have somthing nice to say, don't say it at all" Now I'm not saying, you can't speak your mind but try to do it in a more positive light. There are alot of people out there trying to get some feedback, that are new to archery, so let's not let the negative, get in the way of the positive.
