I went on this same antelope hunt (but drew in from the state lotto) back in 2008. LOTS of speed goats, lots of prairie dogs. This guy is selling land owner tags which means you will definately have a place to hunt. He also states 10k acres and that is entirely possible. The place I hunted in 2008 was something like 6k acres. Land out there is cheap. There is nothing out there but critters. Here is the link.... They actually went for around $300 on ebay but are in very high demand. I saw some AWESOME bucks out there in 08. A lot of land owner tags end up on ebay once they are claimed.
