clrj3514
We use them here in NC for attracting deer. I was wondering if any of you guys than can bait use them?
Dawg
Yep we can bait, but I have never tried to feed them to the deer.
Stinger-Hunter
There is a potato farmer in MN that sells only to McDonald's. WOW!! Does he have some big bucks on his property. Yikes.
Rhino
Can't here but I know some guys that have used them in the past in Louisiana. Once the deer get used to them, they keep coming back as long as they are there. Takes a little time to get used to them though.
Michiganbuckhunter
I would try that. Sounds like it would work. Deer like to eat our potatoes in the garden. Wish i could. But,,,,, I can't. Sigh.

Sweet Taters definitely work, they happen to be illegal in Louisiana though From La. hunting regulations : It is illegal to intentionally feed deposit, place, distribute, expose scatter, or cause to be fed, deposited placed, distributed, exposed, or scattered raw sweet potatoes to wild game quadrupeds.
