Rem308
Growing up hunting with my Grandpa for years and years, I really never saw him with any sort of loyalty to any certain brand. In fact, he is from the 'Old School' in which he would hunt in the heavy red flannels, blazed orange overcoat, or some combination in between. His health is failing now and he hasn't been able to deer hunt with us for years, but this weekend I did find something that made me smile. I was in his garage getting some barbed wire out for mending a fence when i came across a Poulan Chainsaw in the Realtree edition that I didn't remember him having. It's not old at all...from looking online it looks like it's from 2001 or so, and after draining the fluids and a little cleaning of the carb, I had it fired up and running. I always laugh at the camo-saw idea and I think of losing it in the woods, but seeing Realtree and knowing that my Grandpa used it does make me smile. I'm seeing more and more things now that I can relate to him on.

Jeramie
Makes em run better too... Just make sure you dont set it down in the woods while youre working. You'll never find it again.
Ravin R10 man
I know, another old post... They made them that way, so loggers could sneak up on protestors chained up in the "old growth" timber in the northwest and cut 'em down! Spotted owls will find a new nest site somewhere else.
