I ran a marathon 5 weeks ago, but have switched over to Crossfit workouts since then. Warm-up: 2,000 meter row Workout #1 5 rounds Snatch 65lbs 10 reps Burpees 15 reps 11 min 22 sec Workout #2 4 rounds Kettlebell Swing 52lbs 25 reps Jump rope double-unders 25 reps 11 min 20 sec (This really needs to improve) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
