Dakota
My season starts September 25th as well, but I don't think I'm going to get out in the deer woods (at least with bow in hand) until later on. My spot has had literally ZERO hunting pressure until this year, and I'm the only one hunting it. I'm going to let other hunters push the deer around a bit and wait until a few more sneak onto the place for shelter. Plus, I'm going to put a Trophy Rock out there too and let them get used to that before I yank it away again so I can legally hunt it. 2009 Mathews McPherson Series Monster 27"/51lbs. Muleyman
Thanks. You too Dakota. Im more excited for mule deer. The whitetail have started to change there patterns so its gonna be hard to get a buck with my bow at the blind. But I cant wait to get out there and start walkin those hills and makin stalks on them big ol muleys. It would be mydream to get one of those bad boys in velvet. There is one muley I have pics of with my SLR, he has nice dark antlers, and hes around 160. I hope to put an arrow threw him. Good luck to you guys and I will keep u updated on how its going
