jcot2773
Is there any pope and young legal illuminated knocks? if so who makes them and where can i get them? to my knowledge there are none. Would ya'll as a whole buy them if they were available and cheaper than lumenoks?
redkneck
Would ya'll as a whole buy them if they were available and cheaper than lumenoks? I hunt with lighted nocks to help me retrieve my arrow, my deer, and they're cool to watch fly. I really don't care to appease P&Y (though it is a great organization), I hunt for my own enjoyment. If I want to make things more of a challenge I'll break out my longbow. I think the rules that disqualify the nocks is kind of outdated. They are the least helpful addition to your hardware in the way of helping take an animal.
fly
If it has any type of electronics it would disqualify any animal from the P&Y record book. Currently there are none on the market (that I know of) that would be acceptable.

Kind of silly if you ask me but I don't make their rules.
Texan_Til_I_Die
Don't get me started on P&Y's (and B&C too) crazy rules. Plenty of them don't make any sense.
jcot2773
i know this. would you buy the legal knocks if they were very reasonable priced? i'm talking like no where close to the $30 for 3 lumeknocks.
windwhisper
I enjoy lighted nocks but have found that the only ones that seem to have any kind of durability are those that use magnetic on/off systems (old firenock). The G5 G Force Nock seems like it would work well because it activates by vibrations.
hoosierhunter
I shoot firenocks and practice with then too and I've yet to have one not light up! They are expensive, but I've used lumenocks and had them fail in the field and in practice so you get what you pay for.
