Turkeygirl
Well the apples are dropping and I noticed while we are suppose to get warmer temps during the day next week, we are dropping into the 50s at night. You know it's fall when the temps get cool at night time. Anyone else seeing signs of fall?
dbHunterNY
I'm waiting to hear those first flocks of geese flying south overhead, the leaves starting to slightly turn color, and then have a breath of that crisp cool air. I've noticed some stuff, but once that happens it's all over for me. I'll talk to you, but at the same time I'm thinking about something having to do with my hunting situation. I miss the days of highschool where I could scout every afternoon. ....I didn't even realize this is the women's room. See, it's already starting! Shaun_300
Cooling down at night here too Ruth. Had a few nights into the 40s. Mid 50s for the most part though. Looking for that first maple tree leaf to start turning colour. Haven't seen that yet but with these cooler temps it will trigger them soon. Seen a big flock of Canada geese on the Ottawa River yesterday. Which means they're coming down from northern Quebec and making their way back here. I know one thing, I'm happy that summer heat is over with! (for now at least)
