I'm in the market for a new pair of rubber boots. I saw these the other day while at the Cabelas in Scarborough Maine. I tried them on. One thing I noticed is that they seem to run a size small.

Overall quality seemed good and I liked them.

Anyone have any feedback on the quality of Irish Setter boots?

My last pair of rubber boots was a pair of Rocky Buck Stalker Lites. They were o.k. but the inside heel area wore right through to the rubber and they were very hard to get off.

I have a pair of Irish Setter boots that I wear in the Spring and during early season. I have been dissappointed in the quality of the boots though. On the sides of the boots where your foot bends the cordura upper is starting to seperate from the leather lower portion of the boots. This has occured on both boots. I have minimal wear on these boots and they have already started to fall apart. This will be the last pair of Irish Setters that I buy.

My wife and oldest daughter were sharing a pair of irish setter snake boots for a couple seasons(both deer and turkey), guessing my daughter has probably outgrown them by now. The boots seem to be very well made and both commented on them being comfortable. Have not heard any complaints from either of them.
