Alisha
Absolutely not... because we go together. Even when we don't go together and he goes with someone else, I'm always cheering him on!
redkneck
Not until about the middle of January... lol.
c_lou
Mine tells me that all the time. I know most of the time she is just joking, but I also know when she is serious. That's when we go out to dinner and a movie instead of me going hunting.
Tominator
I'd never hear it, but I'm sure she's thinking it.
Ohiobucks
I hear it sometimes, but she never says to not go, or stop hunting. I would hear it more if I missed family events or kids activities. I go to all of the kids fall sporting events, family gatherings, etc. My daughter is a cheerleader for colt football (10-12 year olds), I would feel pretty bad if I missed her cheering at a football game just so I could hunt for a few extra hours. The way I see it, my kids are only young once, and I'm going to go to their sporting events/activities while I can.
Jeramie
My wife is pretty liberal about my hunting because I told her up front (when we dated) that I had been doing it all my life and it would not change. Early on she wanted me to hunt less so we could spend more time together. Now we are very, very driven people and work hard. The time I spend in the field keeps me from doing stuff we need done. Thats part of the reason im out there to reboot but she doesnt get that. She is OCD and can work 24/7 (Seriously).
wtnhunt
Don't think so. So long as she gets her time to hunt she would not fuss about how much time I spend.

Hoosierbuck
I am in the same boat as lots of you in several regards 1) My wife is type A and works her butt off-all the time. Any time spent not working on something is..well, wasted for the most part. 2) My wife in fine with me hunting in theory, and in October. In reality and January, she is ready for the season to be over. 3) She does love the meat, and loves me enough that she wants me to do what I enjoy doing. She is actually pretty great about putting most of her gripes aside and letting me go hunt. I just know that no matter how early I get up or how tired I am I better not be a poop. I better get my stuff done around the house. I better not blow off important family stuff or church. Aside from that, I hunt all I can, and make it up to her in the off season! okiedog
Yes.. but she knew that going in. I, one the other hand, have heard her say this year she is ready for season to open this year. Mainly because we ran out of ground meat couple of months ago and she is having to buy it at the store:clown:

Randy
Not sure how to answer this one? She used to say I hunted too much, but that was before I filed divorce papers...
Adjam5
She might think it...but never has said it. It is the main activity I enjoy with my sons all year round. She does not hunt or enjoy the outdoors AT ALL. She is a city gal with the city mentality. Afraid of animals, she never had a pet either outside of a goldfish. My wife likes the quiet time when the house is empty and we all are in the woods. Funny...I like the quiet time in the woods:clown:. The ONLY thing she complains about is... during bow season the downstairs looks like a camo bomb went off:D. We have gear(bows, boots clothes) all over the place drying and hanging up. That she hates. Hoosierbuck
She has brown eyes. Unless she is wearing contacts to change it and somehow running like mad back and forth from Okieland to Hoosierland. Could be an estranged sister or something...Wouldn't THAT be a trip.
