I understand that it was an error in judgement, or a lack of self-control, the likes of which I myself have experienced..... My only reason for not wanting it overturned is that, I do not want to hear anymore talk of Nascar playing favorites.........and handing the championship to JR. I think that if you think about it, wouldn't it mean much more to overcome the hardships on your own, while still paying for the mistake...?
