bigbuck
What do you plant in your feed plots for the fall. I use Rye and Wheat along with Rape(wild turnip). I was wanting to get some different ideas to mix the plots up. I have 6 feed plots that I will plant Sept. 11.
dogdoc
I plant a mix of rye, wheat, oats, austrian winter peas, and brassica. Covers about everything and is attractive early bow season to end of rifle season. this year I'm going to plant some Ground Hog turnips and see how they do. joeaveragehunter
NAWI wintergreens, biologic maxim..a?..um?, rape & turnips from feed mill, I am limited on space but I always like to try one new thing every year. Not a whole lotta luck with the turnips...especially considering lots of people swear by them.
