Back from Africa

It was a great trip! I got home yesterday. Be patient with this travel weary fellow right now. I still need to sit down and write the whole story. I did keep a journal everyday so it should come together nicely.

I just heard from the airline they found my bow and it should be delivered today. It was not on the plane from Africa! Very stressful!

Anyhow, I glad I'm home safe and sound!

Welcome home buddy. I can't wait to hear the stories.;)

Glad you got your bow back OK. I hate it when that happens.

OH, by the way, I cheated and checked out Gerhard's page on facebook. All I can say is..AWESOME !!!! :)

I still don't have my bow Buckee. It's supposed to be on the way. I still need to check inside the case before I sign for it.

Since you already inadvertently shared part of the story, I'll go ahead and tell folks now. Realtree member Gerhard Delport was my PH for the Safari. He is a very talented PH, bowhunter and field guide. I can recommend his services without any reservation whatsoever on a bowhunting Safari.

Trust me and be patient guys. You will see the fruits of his efforts!

Welcome back Leo. Glad you had a good trip. Look froward to your pics and stories.

Hope they get you your bow soon. The girls trip to Alaska last summer my rifle was lost, folks from the airline had a delivery service bring it out, was not on the first truck they sent though, pretty stressfull for sure.
