Widowmaker
I would like to know what you think of them. I was wondering whether they are slick( with gloves on), and are they heavy? Thanks for all your input.
scottb
mine have never appeared to be any slicker then a regular wood stock, i do think that they are just a tad heavier.
doubleA
Depending on whether or not there is checkering on the pistol grip and forearm, they can be a bit slippery when wet. As far as weight is concerned, they are going to be slightly heavier than a standard solid wood stock, most likely not noticeable though. Just my observations.....:cowboy:
Shaun_300
I only have one laminate stock gun, my Remington 597 .22LR. It's also got the heavy barrel so it's a fairly heavy gun. Haven't noticed it any slippier than my other guns though.

(See below) Most gloves I own have gripper dots of some sort though and it's not really noticeable.
