dbHunterNY
For the money I have had good luck with my IR4. The range is a little shorter than my Leaf River but for $73 you cannot beat it. I have great battery life and clear pictures. I had a small problem with it last spring and Wildgame Innovations gave me a new one, no questions asked. Check out my customer service post in the equipment room. yup what joe said... if it screws up but they give you a brand new one in two weeks then what does it matter. haven't had enough issues to think they're junk either. wild game innovations all the way brother! Rhino
Reconyx are nice but you can cover 4 areas for the same amount of money with Moultrie M80's. Do we need perfect when all you are really doing is looking to see what is there or is it a contest for an academy award? Just askin':camera: Since you asked...when it comes to scouting some of us simply prefer a camera that doesn't miss a thing. Nothing gets by a Reconyx unless it's moving so fast it's a blur that can't be ID'd in a pic by any trail cam. I want to see what's out there on their 1st encounter with the camera, even a deer right behind another deer that tripped it. I don't want to just know what the 1st deer was that passed by it out of more than one. That may be the biggest advantage Reconyx has over others. While another camera is going through a warm up period after it's tripped a Reconyx is steady taking pictures. There is no delay for warm up. The new camera they gave me only lasted one set of batteries. So I sent it back and without question they gave me my 3rd camera. Yes good customer service but these shipping charges to send them back are adding up.
