I love it when folks are honest. Seen too many recipies and pics on here I know good and well had to be like chewing shoe leather, but the pics ALWAYS look great. I've never killed a goose in my life, but one time at the camp a guy that was a guest brought some specklebelly goose he had smoked that was out of this world. Man I love dark meat done right.
