Turkeygirl
After getting trail pics right about now of bucks, do you ever wonder where their sheds were when you were looking all spring and couldn't find them? I'm wondering that myself right now with all the bucks I've seen here....
woolybear
The thought has crossed my mind a time or two. I still keep my eyes peeled for some of last springs left overs nearly every day.....and I mean nearly every day if you know what I mean.

dbHunterNY
I don't think I've ever really found a shed. I've found antlers still attached to deer skulls but yea. I don't actively go looking much though. Never seem to have the time. Now that I live where there's some property that I hunt, maybe that will change. toddyboman
Pictures now heck..... I wonder that all winter as I have pics of them all winter with horns then those magical days when I get pictures of those same bucks with 1 horn or no horns.....Then I really start thinking they have to be close to my camera area.....right.....WRONG. They are there somewhere we just didn't stumble across the right spot to see them. Last year or maybe the year before I had 15 to 20 bucks coming to my corn and camera every week....heck almost every day. I just knew I would find many of their horns.........LOL....I think I found 2 or 5 of their sheds....maybe. And they was quite a distance from my trail camera and corn..... I do agree....each and every time I enter the woods I am looking for sheds..... Edited September 8, 2010 by toddyboman
buckee
I know what you mean Ruth. I think they purposely hide them.

MonsterBuck48
i always see good bucks and wonder the same thing, it seems like we walk so many miles looking for sheds but the ones from the big bucks we see never turn. ruttinbuc
It just goes o show how secretive these bucks are. Just where do they go? Sometimes I think they leave the planet.
Nate C.
Squirrels will gnaw shed antlers down to nothing. I guess maybe rabbits will too.
Turkeygirl
I've heard occasionally coyotes will pick them up and naw on them somehow...good luck with that. Should be sheds laying all over this next spring with all the bucks I've seen on cam.
