redkneck
Got in the tree about 3 and nailed him with a ten yard heart shot at 5:45. He made it about 25 yards. No more tearing up the yard for this one.

redkneck
A little dry. I need to brush up on my smoking skills on the wild hogs. Should have spent more time prepping him last night, but was just glad to get him cut up and in the cooler.

Rhino
ATTABOY John!!! You know my thoughts on pigs...the only good one is a dead one. You may have more work to do though. Looks like you got a young male. He probably has a mother, brothers, & sisters still around there.
redkneck
I agree Al. From my observations there's usually one or more mature sows the travel around with 2-3 generations of younger ones with them. This boar looks a bit young to have struck out on his own yet. I still have the cam set out and will be checking it from time to time. They've made a mess out of the lady's yard.
