layin on the smackdown
Alright, ive been working with grilling doves for a long time, but like Newton, Eureka!!! too bad this doesn't relate to grilling - its deep frying! breast your birds out, dont leave them on the bone when you feel you have enough to share with your family and everyone within smelling distance: buy yourself some great breading (what I use is by far the best from a place in iowa) http://www.totallywildseasonings.com/products/seasonedbreading.html thaw out and marinade in some type of marinade of your liking dunk in egg, and bread with your choice of breading in a ziplok bag (do this with 10-15 at a time) drop them in the fry daddy fry until floating or for about 6-8 minutes place in bowl add your favorite Buffalo Wild Wing sauce (there are alot and all are great!) cover and smother and serve Its the closest thing you'll taste next to heaven, and be flexible on what types of sauces you use....Jamaican Jerk is good, but i like em hot so i take er up a few notches... good luck and enjoy! dan
