Good luck John!

If you need anything, a shower, hot meal, place to stay, any back up gear (got a bow, arrows, broadheads, release, case, and fletchings here) or clothes that might be lost in travels, let me know, they are yours if you're in need. I am 1.5 or so hours North, just inside the Washington state line where the snake meets the Columbis rivere, from where you will be (I believe) and can do what I can to help. If you would like, PM me and I can send my number incase you need it out here.

I wish you the best.

Seriously if equipment gets missing or messed up in travels and you are in a pinch and need something, let me know. I can meet you somewhere with anything I have to help you get to hunt.

I just know how traveling can be sometimes with all your hunting equipment. It doesnt go as planned some of the time and having a back up is good.

Bulls are screaming right now! I had a specific bull I wanted to take. It almost "happened" twice, but I couldn't get my self to take an "iffy" shot. We were in bulls everyday, 25 - 30 for the week. At one point, I had "my bull" screaming at me at less than 60 yards in the dark timber. he was cowed up, but was really upset that there was another "bull" in his area, so close, and a day in the woods I will never forget! Came home with no elk, but a load of new memories that I will never let loose of. The ones that remind us of why we are out there! I can't wait to get back! Now, off to Canada on Thursday!! Honkers beware! Be back in 3 weeks!!
