Shot the new Bowtech Destroyer 340.

I made a mistake, I shot a incredible bow at a really high price. I do not want to pay $840.00 for a bare bow, but that bow had all the qualities I like and want in a bow. This bow had zero hand shock vibration, a smooth draw and solid back wall. At 65 pound it felt like I was pulling back a 55 pounds.

Time to pull out the check book! Lol.

I shot Gerhard's 350 Destroyer when I was in Africa. His draw length is an inch shorter than mine. Without changing the set up I honestly could have hunted with that bow right then. That was comforting if something had happened to mine.

The 340 will fit me better and actually will go to my exact draw length. No reason for me to get a new bow right now but if I was buying the 340 would be my first choice.

from what my pro shop was telling me the only real difference is the brace height on them. the 340 has a 7 inch brace height and the 350 has a 6 inch brace height

Yep the 340 has a little shorter power stroke and more forgiving brace height. But since I shoot a 31inch draw I get that full power stroke and all the performance of the 350.

I picked up the 350 this season and love the bow. Im 65 lbs at 30" with a FMJ arrow getting 308' with it. First morning in expanded archery drilled a 8pt still in velvet at 54yds. Shooting the HHA sight with 4x lens on it and its lethal at 60yds. love the set up and everything about the rig!
