MonsterBuck48
after 4 years running the champ jimmie johnson has had a bad year one could say 2 weeks ago he dropped to 9th in the points which at that spot is a long shot in the chase, but with 2 top 5's where back in 5th. not so bad of a place aint first but hey theres 10 races left. can jimmie make it 5 in a row or can gordon add another one to the boards, or will 1st place sitter stay put and harvick win his first. i wouldnt mind seeing the number 5 of mark martin a prime veteran who is definitly overdue for a championship, so many close calls yet always missin. its looking to be a good finish this year for the cup. and if your reading this and still havent figured out what im talkin about. well im talking bout nascar, i may be a redneck for watching it but hey arent we all. MUDRUNNER
I like Johnson, but would like to see Hamlin win the cup this year. As long as Kyle Busch doesn't win it I'll be happy.
MonsterBuck48
x2 on kyle busch not winning.he dominates the nationwide series too much, he just needs to race up top with the big boys and let the new guys get theyre wheels rollin the right direction, its lke shootin a fish in a barrel down there for him, so like i said x2 he doesnt deserve to win it

Chrud
That is a tough break for Bowyer. I don't think NASCAR should be able to confiscate the whole car and take it to their own R&D center. They should have their tech at the track after the race. If a car fails, DQ the car, 2nd place gets the win and the car that is illegal gets 0 points and no prize money. Allowing the teams some gray area to play around with setups and to try new things would make for better racing.

If the car passed post race inspection(wether it was close to failing or not) then the finish should stand. There is no reason at all to confiscate the car and take it behind closed doors and inspect it for 2 more days. If it fails...you get nodda. I Remember being at Eldora a couple of years ago and Shannon Babb won the World 100. His car was something like 5lbs. too light, and he got nothing and the win went to the second place car. MonsterBuck48
i agree with the gray area. but at the same time if a team hits a modification wihtin specs that holds true and runs from the pack then it really takes all the contending out of aspect. so i would probably stick with the limits that are set now they do still have some room to play with but its a tight leash. hunter109
yea man they have a fine line that they have to be in so if not i think he should be dq with no points in that race they are saying now that if anyone is cought like he was now it is going to be a 200 point deduction from what they all ready have at the begining of the race now thats what espn was talking about last night
MonsterBuck48
you better be watching them hendrick motorsport cars, them boys are bad to the bone. and withing the limits too.go #48 bring home number
