wtnhunt
Usually use either smokey mesquite seasoning, kickin chicken, or zesty italian as an overnight marinade. Have done chickens in the smoker several times.
Dawg
I would have never thought to google it. Thank you so much Ben. gzilla45
I absolutely love grilled chicken. I prefer to use bone-in, skin on chicken pieces over say boneless skinless breasts as it is easier to keep them moist. A while back i found a spice called Gator Hammock Gator Sprinkle. I can't remember how I was introduced to it but I love it. It is basically a spicy seasoned salt but it is awesome on chicken and pretty much everything else for that matter. I put a light coat of that on top of and under the skin and begin grilling. With 5 minutes to go I put on some Rufus Teague Touch O Heat bbq sauce. It creates a spicy chicken goodness. The kickin chicken spice blends are good too and the italian dressing chicken is an old stand by as well. Can't go wrong with any of these. Not sure why but I am hungry now. dbHunterNY
I use this stuff that's made here in NY.... http://www.spiedie.com/Merchant5/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=S&Category_Code=SS let the chicken marinade and then just grill it and eat it. it's good. they make a line of marinades and seasonings for hunters too call "Hunter's Pride". Their "gourmet pinch" seasoning is gooooood. Gotta support local business here in NY with all the taxes.
mikewink
I do mine real simple. Skinless, I actually prefer drum sticks but breast work. Melted butter, with garlic salt added to it. Brush it numerous times on the chicken as it grills. If done right it will be moist and mmmmmmmm....
