Before placing the duck in the pan, mix up a concoction to go over them. DC's Duck Concoction Melted Butter Extra Virgin Olive Oil Dill Weed Basil Leaves Italian Seasoning Original Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning Lemon Juice Orange Juice 2 Tea-spoons Sugar * Add a bit of Mtn Dew for a sweeter taste if desired Pour concoction over duck breasts and cook until bacon is done.
