You want some good eatin'?

Try this:

Get you a few fingerling reds or yukons, clean them real goood, boil them with the skin on, take them out and press them flat (I use a plate), then deep fry them in a 1/4" of oil, turn them once. Stick a sprig of rosemary and sage in the oil while frying. Take about 1/4 of one garlic clove mince it real good and mix that in with 2 tablespoons of mayo.

Get to dippin' them taters in yo' mayo..........

Mmmmmm, make you want to slap yo' momma!

:D

Had taters last night, roasted with garlic and topped with sour cream, cheese and butter.... mmmmmm.

The red ones are the best bakers imho.

Only tater I don't like is a rotten one.... ewwwwwww! Had discovered one in my tater basket over the fridge a couple of days ago, nothing like throwing out rotten taters with little squimy things on them!!!

*pukes*
