Straight Shooter
I am totally PO'd!!!! Why in the heck is Walmart only carry RT Hardwoods Grey?????? I've been to three different Walmarts and that is all they have,WHAT'S THE DEAL?? I need some RT AP or APG and can't find it anywhere around here. Why in the heck are they only carrying this cano pattern??? I know I can order this but I can get it cheaper at Walmart than ordering it. I love the RTHardwoods Grey but i've got plenty of it, is anyone else noticeing this or is it just a southern thing here? LOL
clrj3514
Pretty sure we still got AP in my part of NC.
ruttinbuc
Could never figure that out either. One store has AP and another close by has Hardwoods. I am thinking they are getting the older patterns at a better price from different manufacturers.
Straight Shooter
I even looked when I was down east in Durham Chris, not a thing but Hardwoods. Mike, I've got three Walmarts within 20 minutes of my house and the only article of APG they've got is APG insulated bibs and everything else is Hardwoods. I don't understand why other than the reason you said for them having it. It still sucks because I'm going to have to pay shipping now to get some. Last year that is all they had in stock. Straight Shooter
What is the deal? I've been shopping on line for APG and it is so hard to find the uninsulted bibs and T's. As much as APG is advertised, you'd think I'd get a ton of hits on them. I know, I shouold be complaining about killing deer! LOL
Tominator
I'd kill to replace my old RT gray. I can't find it anywhere.

If you were closer to were I hunt in Ohio, I'd bring you a bunch of it when I come up there.

tedicast
I wish my Walmart carried camo. Every year their hunting stock dwindles. Now it is to the point where I don't even bother looking in the "hunting" section when I go to Walmart.

Now it is to the point where I don't even bother looking in the "hunting" section when I go to Walmart. Same here, the "outdoor" section at the one down the road has been horrible since they turned it into a super-Wal Mart a few years ago. The only type of camo clothing it carries now is Mossy Oak sweatpants and sweatshirts. The store that is a few miles north of here has a pretty decent selection though. Goinghuntin
The Wal-Marts around here all carry APG during the spring but if you want it in the fall, you're not going to find it there. Nathan
Turkeygirl
What really annoys me at Walmart, is carrying everything hunting clothing is size L- XXL...Are they trying to say everyone that hunts is obese? lol
swohiodave
I end up buying my camo from Bass Pro. I just bought standard realtree AP and wear my thurmals as the season changes.
lil hunter
You got the chance to go to 3 different wal marts and you're complaining? I'm having wal-mart withdrawls. The closest one to me now is about a 45-50 minute drive. I think I've been there 3 times since April.

RangerClay
I'd kill to replace my old RT gray. I can't find it anywhere. I'm with you Chris. Some the older Gray patterns were awesome. Our local Walley World has a bunch of Hardwoods Gray clothing. The camo pants are APG. I'm just glad that they got rid of that generic brand camo that they were selling. I cannot remember now what the name of it was. I think it was Snyper camo.
ruttinbuc
Wasn't it Fusion or something like that? I have a 10X coat and bib set of (before Hardwoods) Realtree gray that is made of Shakira (s?) cloth that must be pretty effective. My brother went to a stand that was 200yards across from the tree I was in. He said he couldn't tell if I was in the tree or not. Looking through his binoculars he said if I didn't move I disappeared. It looks very close to the AP of today.
dbHunterNY
I think if you give it time they may get something different. Walmart doesn't really clearance out much. They just store it or move it around to another location until it's sold for seasonal things. That's what I've been told anyway.
