arrow32
Anyone here have a Bunn coffee pot? Dad just went through the 2nd coffee pot on the year the other day so mom brings home a Bunn. Now what the heck you leave the thing on all the time and just add water to it when you want to make coffee. I don't like it I want our old pot back. It is nice tho looks kinda tuff sittin over there.LOL
okiedog
I have a Bunn in my shop at the house and I really like it. The reason for staying on all the time is so it brews hot water instead of just the warmer under the pot. Bad thing being... if it is not used quite often, it will evaporate the water in the holding tank.
arrow32
Never thought about the evaporating but coffee is made a few times a day around here so I don't think we will have to worry about that.

HUNTINGMAN
My mom and dad had a bunn for a while and it was great. I liked the valve on the side so you could always have hot water for making hot chocalate.

Shaun_300
My grandma has a couple of them for her resort, they work good! Mine is a big brick building labeled Tim Hortons which is about 75 yards from work. I can get good hot coffee there all day long too. Ultradog
How Bout... This one? Bring the water to a boil, dump the grounds in then add a cup or two of cold water to settle the grounds to the bottom. Been making coffee this way for 30 years. http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h56/Ultradog/junk/100_00261.jpg>
