jesse8953
I had 18 hens walk to me this morning. At 8:25 A.M. I shot and now she is at the taxidermist to get a decoy mount made.I will have a real hen turkey decoy to hopefuly bring that big old tom in next spring. After I dropped the turkey off, I saw a ground hog on one of the local farmers land.I went home dropped off my 12 gauge and grabbed my 22-250.The ground hog was still in the picked bean feild and the Remington 700 did its job at 135 yards. As Roger Raglin says "I had a pretty good day"
WHISKEYSWAMP
nicely done... wish fall season was open where I hunt. I had about 25-30 hens and a few gobblers next to my stand Saturday morning. Wouldn't hurt to take a couple hens off the property.
