Man, I did a search on Enriched flour today to educate myself a little more in this diet. I knew I was not the best thing for you and I tried to stay away from it, but now I will for sure be staying away from it.

This week is going great. Eating damn well. My mother would be proud. Excercise is going good with the weights, and cardio. Today is my rest day for lifting, so it seems like a good evening to cut the grass and might possibly still go out for a walk. I am fighting the urge to jump on the scales to see how this week is going, but I am making myself wait till Monday.

People seem to be keeping a little quite this week.

Who is still on track and doing this health contest?

Still here.

I'd give an explanation why I haven't been as "verbal" as you, but I know what your reply would be.

Today I walked my .5 mile walk. Not feeling all to great for some reason, hard to say what it is......just not sure.

Lose the attitude. Not once have I been negative in this thread besides the "fatty" comment after your little smiley face guy. I am posting so much because it keeps me motivated. I will stop.

Im here just computerless. Ill be back when inreturn to PA

10-4, be safe in your travels.

I could not hold out any longer to jump on the scales. Just got off of them and I am .2 lbs lighter than I have ever been since my Senior year of high school,so 8 years or so. Now thats a damn good feeling.

I simply can not do the shake diet. I have to eat or I get weak fast. 750 calories is impressive, but I'd be starving myself. Make sure u get enough carbs to keep u going benji. Starving isn't dieting, keep that in mind.

Right on Kat. There's good dieting and then there's unhealthy dieting. The body still needs a little bit of everything otherwise the body goes into an imbalance = too much water and no sodium intake = dangerouly low level of sodium, not enough potassium or too much will put your heart into arrythmias, no calcium and the body starts taking it from your bones...etc...etc...

Not trying to be a downfall but just be careful guys with this, esp. you Ben from the sounds of your diet routine, it's concerning.

You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink, lol:no:

Wow, really? So defensive and so easily persuaded.

It's ok Ben. You can post as much as you like.

Everyone have a good weekend? No cheating? I did pretty darn good. Just got done with a 3.5 mile walk/run. I am ready for weigh-in in the morning. Hopefully everyone post up numbers to see how we're doing after the 2 week mark. Also, just got my chicken made for my lunch salads this week. Also, boiled some eggs (first time doing that, I sure do miss mom). Anyhow, good luck all and hopefully we will see some progress from everyone in the morning.

I was looking forward to this morning's weigh-in. I knew I had a damn good week and just felt really good about my food intake, excercise, and being healthy. I honestly didnt care that much on how much I lost because i feel so good. Last week, I added a little more food to the diet and was never hungry at all and ate plenty enough for me. Anyhow, this morning weigh-in was 231.8.

Start weight - 241.8

2 weeks ----- 231.8

Total percentage weight loss - 4%

My goal for the next two weeks is to be 225. I want this number bad. Havent seen it in 10 years. Figure two weeks to drop 6.8 pounds shound be good.

Still going strong here. I think this week is the week I hit the no weight loss wall. I am sticking to the diet good and excercising great but no weight loss as of this morning. We will see what Monday brings and then change up my diet and routine if I need. I want to be 225 not this monday but next and then 215 by Christmas. The thing that is going to be tough is the week after Thanksgiving. I cant afford to fly home for Thanksgiving this year, but the Monday after, the company is sending me to Vegas for a conference. Its going to be hard to not eat a lot. I will be drinking though so I expect to gain a pound or 5 back that week.

It's a great day when you have to punch another hole in the belt and drop down a hole in your watch band. I cant see any change when I look in the mirror, still a fat stump, but these little signs give me a little hope. Still going strong on diet and excercise and this duck hunting is giving me plenty, since I do all walk in hunts with my gear on my back.

Monday weigh-in.

I am at 227.2lbs. Lightest I have been in 10 years.

Started at 241.8.

241.8 - 227.2 = 14.6lbs

Weight loss percentage = 6.04%

My goal has been 225lbs by next Monday. Hopefully all goes well and I hit that.

Edit: A couple of years ago, I was at my heaviest, 274lbs. Being at 227.2lbs now is a good feeling. So, I am down 46.8lbs.

My 'Monday' weigh in, Sunday night.

I wanted to switch up weighing in to see what the evenings would produce for me.

As of Sunday night, I am at 223.6lbs.

Started at 241.8

241.8-223.6 = 18.2lbs

Weight loss percentage = 7.53%

My goal for next Monday or Sunday night will be 220 even.

With my heaviest being 274lbs. I am now down 50.4lbs since then! This weight loss stuff is addicting. I have cravings for fast food or some pizza or any good low country breakfast food, but I think for 1.535645 seconds and realize I am down 50 freaking pounds. Why screw that up now.

Hopefully this week treats me well and I continue on this path.

Anybody else still actively doing this besides me?

I plan to keep weighing into this thread till the first of the year. Its keeping me motivated.

Last night I somehow managed to gain a pound while sleeping, but I'm still staying with my 223.6 weight in.

I am looking forward to my excercise and work outs this week.

Come on guys.
