Just a routine man.............If i wait a whole week i can't tell sometimes because of dialy weight going up and down sometimes as much as 2 lbs. If I weigh in in the mornings on the wii it charts it so i can tell a pattern. Normally i can look back across the last 2 weeks and see a pattern of the days i worked out and days i didn't.......how much I ate and what I ate. On the wii fit plus you can put in calories consumed, workouts daily even if it's not working out on the wii, and wieght. You can refer to the charts and see the patterns if you start going up or down. Gotta remember kyle I'm used to being a fat guy and not ever wanting to go back. I got a snail's pace metabolism so I have to work alot harder than guys that can eat, eat, and not gain a lb. Go to 280 and then starting trying to drop it and i guaruntee you will be watching everything you do and eat.

Been hanging around 212-214 the past week or so. Next week/weekend is going to be killer for my diet. Got an out of town trip planned with a lady friend for the Bday. Hopefully i will be able to get out and excercise. It feels nice to be down 61 lbs! Still cant wait for the 200 mark and hopefully 190 by May. Thats the goal anyways.

Just ran for 10 minutes straight on my treadmill! Pretty proud. When I first started, I was pushing it to get to one minute. Now I'm making 10 fairly easy. All in all, I'm running almost 80% of the time I'm on my treadmill.

Excited about tomorrow night. Last time I ran on a "real" treadmill(mine is 10 years old), I ran for 5 minutes straight easily. Hoping my 10-minute run at home equates to a 20 minute run at the gym.

I'm now running 15 minutes and probably could make it 20 if I pushed.

Weigh in tonight. Will probably be similar to my last weigh in. Took the family to a Mardi Gras parade in Shreveport, LA. I ate healthy, just late. Both Friday and Saturday found me eating dinner after 8 pm.

Hoping that I can hit the 4 lb mark but we'll see.

217 and some change last night. Down 39 lbs in 6 weeks. One pound away from my original goal with 6 weeks left!

Told everyone that I would like to lose 60, but I thought that was near impossible in 12 weeks so 40 would be my goal......looks like 60 is my new goal.

Weighed in at 214 this week. Down 3.6 from my last weigh-in.

Getting harder to lose. I'm actually at a weight that I like. I'm down 4 notches on my belt and can wear a medium shirt.

My next step is to sign up for a gym and start adding a little muscle.

Yep, Lower you go harder it gets. Kev 214 is pretty slim if your wearing a medium. My shoulders are too broad to probably every wear anything under a large. How tall are you?

6 foot 3.

The medium was one of my wife's shirts that I put on accidentally. It was tight, but not my style.LOL The majority of my shirts are XL.

I'm 14 lbs from having a healthy BMI.....hoping that since I'm satisfied with my weight now, that it doesn't hurt my willpower. Still have 5 more weeks of this contest. So I can average 3 lost per week and hit my 60 lb lost mark.
