WHISKEYSWAMP Posted May 2, 2011 Report Share Posted May 2, 2011 We started a biggest loser competition last Monday at work... I weighed in at about 252, most I've ever weighed. Today I weighed in at 248, the pizza I had Saturday probably didn't help. I'm sure I burned a lot of calories with the miles spent looking for mushrooms and turkey hunting though. This weekend is my wedding so I doubt I'll do so hot this week either. I figured once that is out of the way I can get focused on the competition... I'll just let everyone get a head start. I have't really done much excersizing but have been keeping my busy and eating less and healthier. Right now, I'm in third placed with 6.27% loss. 4 weeks left in the competition. I've cut 99% of my sweets, dring water and power ade, and just don't eat the amounts I used to. Plus the one project I'm doing I'm on my feet alot, so that probably helps as well. WHISKEYSWAMP Posted June 20, 2011 Report Share Posted June 20, 2011 Lost 7.6 pounds this week... down to 217.8. Dropped 34 pounds during our competition but ended up in second place by .75%. The guy in third went on some cabbage soup diet last week and dropped over 11 pounds to win... wasn't worried about him since he'd been struggling before that.
