randyoitker1
This is my new Toyota Tundra that was born in Texas and built by Texans! I have been a Ford man all of my life,my dad was a Ford man and my Grandpa was a Ford man. I think that Toyota builds a better truck now and they are putting more Americans to work than Ford and Chevy combined. It is 80% made in USA and Canada. 92xj
ne truck is tat a aluminam driveshaft in th rear of the truck man Yes it is. Are you thinking that its not strong enough? If so, tell me what you know about rotational strength as well as wall thickness of material, torque rating, deflection and can read and create a stress-strain curve. ruttinbuc
Great looking ride, Randy! I was looking at a Tundra for my next truck back when I was working. I'll have to run my Chevy until the doors fall off the way it looks. Good luck with it. I hope it serves you well. I think it will look good in Vertigo! :paint:

brad dryden
ALOT of the trucks are going to aluminum to cut down on weight for better MPGs and they are just as strong. I have a Z71 1500 and pull 3 1/2 tons every fall during harvest time.

dbHunterNY
Looks like things are going well. Sweet truck! Never knew they're built in TX. My next vehicle will be a truck, so I'll have to keep that in mind. Definitely looks awesome though! I'm sure it won't be long and you'll be putting it to work. Try to hold off for a little while before dumping two 1200lb round bales in the back! Take care.
Jeramie
That is a sharp truck! Im partial to fords too but really like Toyota. My wife has a toyota mini-van and my next commuter is likely to be a Toyota Rav4...
