How old do you think he is? New Buck and the second buck is the young eight, will be great next year

Not so sure I wanna guess on Iowa bucks due to the difference in bodies you see over there compared to here. If it were here I would say that first one was at least 3.5 based on the blocky body more likely 4.5, just a deer with mediocre antlers. The buck in the last pic looks like a younger deer to me, definitely more slender from the neck all the way back, think a real nice 2.5 year old.

Well the Great Eight Young Deer was shot by my grandpa tonight. Just Moved here last year from Ark. He is 69 years old and has never shot a good deer. So Im happy he got a deer and he is more than happy with it.
