92xj
Hopefully he had no family. Rest in peace little buddy, no female is worth it! Point of impact, look at the top left of the table area. Thats a feather from his head. His neck looks a lot shorter than it did when he was flying... 92xj
I wish he would have talked to me before hand. I would have tried to talk him out of it. Gave him a good meal and a warm place to stay tonight.

wtnhunt
We had several bluebirds hitting the glass here a few months ago. Lost several birds that got in our house back this spring, including a really pretty cardinal. Strange how they can find their way in, but not out. Had a hummingbird here about a month and a half ago inside buzzing around while I was trying to work. Poor little thing slammed into the front door glass and knocked it out, the other door was open along with most of the windows I had opened to try to help get it out. Did manage to get the bird to come back around and it flew off after I moved it outside.
92xj
Did you try to give him CPR? if you didnt sham on you!!!!!!!! Not this time, I have in the past only for the bird to do the same thing 10 minutes later, CPR after that time as well, he came back again flew in some circles then into the same window. After that he was launched into space with our Chetah Bead Blaster. Shaun will hopefully know what this is. If you dont, google it. By far the coolest tool in a tire shop! Tominator
RIP Mr. Robin Mr. Junco, actually. This guy did the same thing a few years ago at our old place. Thankfully he just stunned himself and flew off my son's shoulder a minute later. After collecting himself on a fencepost, he was off none the worse for wear. mikebohio
the important thing here is not to blame yourself. you cannot be expected to understand the complex inner workings of a suicidal birds brain. he had probably suffered years of mental anguish of the likes you could never perceive.
