wtnhunt
Welcome to the forums. Lot of good "grow up" youth bows out there. Be sure to check out the darton ranger line http://www.dartonarchery.com/Ranger-III.html.

ckrich
Diamond makes the Razor Edge model that has limbs from 15-29 lbs, and an adjustable draw length of 19"-29". When your grandson out grows the light weight limbs, $50 will buy you the 30-60 lb limbs and a dealer can change them out for you. It's a great little bow. http://www.basspro.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product_10151_-1_10001_10206144_450001002_450000000_450001000?cmCat=CROSSSELL_THUMBNAIL
RangerClay
Hi Jodie, Welcome to the forums. I see you started a simliar thread yesterday. You don't need to start a new thread everyday. Give it some time and you will get your answers. Until recently I would have said the Diamond Razor Edge. Its a great little bow. However this new Bear bow has caught my eye and I may get one for my daughter. Check out the reviews. http://www.basspro.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product_10151_-1_10001_10204466_450001002_450000000_450001000?cmCat=CROSSSELL_THUMBNAIL
muzzy1
Just bought my son the BEAR apprentice and he loves it ,and it shoots very good for him.i looked at the Mathews becouse thats what i shoot but it was 100 bucks more than this setup. The bow can adjust the draw weight down i think to 20# and the draw lenght all the way up to 29 I don't have the bow with me so numbers may be a little off.My son is only 7 and not very tall and this bow fits him great...... PaBowhunter00
I would actually recommend the Parker Sidekick Extreme XP, same concept as the Diamond, to adjust the draw length it requires no press just an allen head wrench, and you can start with the lower 20-40# limbs and for $50 send the bow to parker and they replace the limbs for you and ship it back. My fiance actually shoots the pink camo verson of the Parker SEXP and she loves it, it's a great starter bow for those up and comers.
