redkneck
The one that my cam spooked last year before I could get a shot. This year he's added some weight. Too bad my buddy got this pic (again) about a 1/4 mile from my stand, lol. I hope one of us gets him.
Rhino
Dang John...I think I would have thrown up in the stand! You need to start covering up the flash cam while you're in the stand.
hoosierhunter
He's got some good brows! That deer must be at least 6.5. Look at the neck or lack thereof because he's so thick!

Really didn't cross my mind to turn it off. Buddy has some daylight pics of him, and he's closer to the most likely bedding area and he's got the best chance to get him before the rut, but after that he'll be all over the place. Best buck I got access to so far this year, at least on cam.
Rhino
He's a goodun John. Since I got Reconyx cams I never put my Cudde flash cams near one of my stands anymore. Just the Reconyx cams. Before I got the Reconyx cams I had a Cudde set on a trail going by one of my best friend's stands. I told him it was there but he forgot. He had a doe slipping in at first light, got to full draw and the flash went off with the cam facing him. Spooked the deer but spooked him a lot more. He said he thought he'd been nuked and almost screamed! We both got a good laugh out of it but that was my lesson not to put any flash cams by my stands or any of my hunting buddies stands during open season. See...I have to learn the hard way too from time to time.
