So now we have our work cut out in scouting these new properties. Will probably head down in the next week or two when we have a warm spell and start walking over and scouting some of this new property. The guy who owns the 6,000 acres(very hunter friendly I might add, if not too friendly LOL) told us a couple places that don't get hit too hard so we'll spend most of our scouting there. Man I love getting new turkey spots, can never have enough. With them two new spots we have a total of 9 different properties to hunt. Man I can't wait to start scouting. The area we hunt is very hard to find a place that doesn't get hunted. Most of the farms we hunt on we share with a couple guys. It usually isn't an issue as we hunt a lot during the week. And 99% of the time if they say no it's due to family hunting.
