AceArcher
I was going to get these until I saw the price. $79.99 for a 3-pack!!! Wow!! Just for that I don't think I am using any more of the rage products. I like them but can't afford that premium price. The extra money is not worth what you get out of them. I had a regular 2-blade break off at the treading a few weeks ago and caused me not to get a complete pass thru. Still recovered the deer but the broad head shouldn't have sheared in half. millerw289
The rage broadheads are good heads..........if you don't hit bone. Muzzy MX3 all the way!
Griz
Nothin' but Muzzy's here... Been shooting them for years and I just can't seem to pull myself away from them... Bad To The Bone... Muzzy!!!

AceArcher
Went today and picked up a new pack of regular old rage 2 blades. I think they are pretty BA. I wrote rage about the shear off that I had with the head a few weeks ago and we will see what they say. I don't think any need titanium anyway. The regular ones are deadly enough... you can't kill and deer twice and if you put the arrow in the right place they are DOA.
abear491
I recently but the rage two blades, and killed a deer with one saturday. It was the first one with rages but i will have to say I am super pleased and it went through the bone and out the other side. The blade busted through 2 ribs. I hit it a little far back and it still only ran 75 yards. As of right now i really like them
dbHunterNY
yea they still offer the regular ones. don't blame Rage. if anything, blame the rich elitist hunter that goes and buys them. just like the bows now, they're going to offer higher performance, more expensive, stuff as long as someone will want/need it and buy it. RangerClay
don't blame Rage. if anything, blame the rich elitist hunter that goes and buys them. . Sorry but I blame Rage. Go to the Rage web page take a gander at how many outdoor celebs are on the payroll. Us hunters are flipping the bill to keep them around. A great broadhead will sell itself without tons of tv ads with 20 different pro-staffers. Just look at Slick Tricks. 10 years ago Slick Trick revolutionized the broadhead industry with the new short broadhead design that many have copied since then. No fancy commercials with a ton of celebs, just a great product that is better than a rage anyday.

I use Shwackers personally, but I almost never tried them because Hank Parker's name was on them, and I know all about some of the other Parker endorsed products. I could say the same about some of the other celebrity hunters. Advertising in hunting is getting ridiculous. I counted 47 different products advertised on one single episode of Spirit of the Wild the other night. Not that I don't like the Nuge or anything, but come on, hth can you advertise a cabinet manufacturer, energy bars, and an ammo maker in the same segment with a straight face?
