Warden is taking the picture over to the neighbor this morning to find out who it is and then will be charging him. Don't know to what extent but at least there will be some justice. Hopefully something comes of this and he at least gets a fine of some sort. I forget are you in the low country? Looks like the book will be thrown at this guy. Moved the camera when I checked it and found the pics of him spreading the apples.
