I've always enjoyed hanging around and hunting and fishing with my coonass friends, and I feel like they did a good job of showing real cajun culture in the series. Troy Landry is my hero. Most of my family is still down in Louisiana and lived and hunted for a living just like the guys on the show did.Our family always laughed at the fact that they put alot of subtitles in the show because all of us could understand everything they said!
