muggs
you know what isn't gay? my combined 20-7 record in my three fantasy leagues. I got Hillis late in all three, got Arian Foster and Ahmad Bradshaw in mid-rounds in all three. if you guys need advice, let me know. My one team's RBs are Ray Rice, Arian Foster, Ahmad Bradshaw, Darren McFadden, and Peyton Hillis. And this is a saavy league, not like the dog and pony shows you guys roll with. i'm not drafting against my uncle jim, i'm drafting against guys who know their stuff and are putting big money on the line. He's been the more effective back in New England and they use him on 3rd down. :cool2:
Ohiobucks
Aren't you the same guy that told me to start Favre over Eli earlier this year? (I didn't do it BTW.....) Aren't you the one who proclaimed Oden as the next dominant big man in the NBA? Leave Hillis alone, don't proclaim him anything. He is my 2nd back, behind Chris Johnson, and is going to carry me to a large fantasy football payday. Please take off that Van Halen t-shirt before you jinx the band and they break up. I'm also the one who told you all about Favre about 4 years before the rest of the world woke up. I never said Oden was going to be the best thing since sliced bread, what I said was if you have the chance to draft an athletic big man, you do. Shooting guards who can score are a dime a dozen, and yeah, wow the Thunder is 3-3...great. Durant won't win anything. Once Oden comes back in December, he's going to play a pivotal role in what could be a deep postseason run for Portland. Again, I'm way ahead of the curve on this one, but we'll witness it soon enough. It's funny how Oden is about the only thing you guys have on me. You ignore the Favre, Romo being average and not a winner, the Torri Hunter over Andruw Jones, the how ManRan won't do anything to help the Dodgers, the fact Tressel folds in big spots. I'm correct 1,200 times, wrong once and it's the one you guys want to always throw in my face. I guess that's how it is when you're on top. muggs
Hillis as your second back too? Good luck with that. He's an interchangeable part on my three teams. I got 4-5 stud RBs on each squad though. Nice Luxury. Got Phil Rivers as my QB in all three too, 3rd round pick in each draft...boom. Romo, Schaub and Brady all got drafted before I got Rivers...and you don't get much more over-hyped than Romo and Schaub...well, unless your name is Kevin Durant.
